Healthy Diet

Got a good body who does not want to, weight according to height was expected. But sometimes we are hard to catch, the first teaser factor is food. So how so we can still eat well but our bodies can be good like artists in a television. Here are healthy diet tips to try:

    1.  Choose a good diet: get used to eating two meals a day, schedule delays breakfast at around 10:00 to 11:00 and for lunch snooze at about 16:00 to 17:00, if at night you feel hungry consumption of vegetables and fruits and do not forget to multiply drinking water.
     2. Chew food slowly until completely smooth so that the food is more easily absorbed, and full faster.

    4. Regular light exercise such as jogging, gymnastics, swimming and cycling.
